Teacher, writer and speaker for smart women who overthink, try to have it together all the time and want to stop freaking out about eating an extra cookie (or 5).

What I know:

A number on the scale will not change your life.

You don’t need to run 5 miles today because you ate pizza last night.

You aren't "Good" or "bad" if you worked out 1 time or 5 times this week.

Trying to be perfect/theBEST/good at ALL the things is tiring. It's okay to be mediocre/bad at half the things.

It's okay if you ate cookies at 11PM last night.

Your life can be easier. I will show you how.

Stop being an asshole to yourself (especially about food)

You don’t need to go for a run tomorrow to make up for eating bread at dinner.
