What I know:
A number on the scale will not change your life.
You don’t need to run 5 miles today because you ate pizza last night.
You aren't "Good" or "bad" if you worked out 1 time or 5 times this week.
Trying to be perfect/theBEST/good at ALL the things is tiring. It's okay to be mediocre/bad at half the things.
It's okay if you ate cookies at 11PM last night.
