Who is this group for?

  • You have worked on OR are actively working on your relationship with food and you can no longer go back to how things were.

  • You are a regular human that has guilt on bad body day because you feel like you “should know better.”

  • You are looking for your people. Folks around you are on the diet train, talk about how sugar is the devil or not to eat something because it has an ingredient you can’t pronounce. It gets tiring and want a space with other like minded humans.

  • You are tired of being around people that say “I was so good this week.” or “so bad.” for eating food.

  • You are seeking honest conversations and a break from the pressure to show up perfectly.

What is it?

  • A space to meet for one hour and show up however you are. No food, full snack platter. With fidget toys and your weighted blanket, still at the office, while cooking dinner, under covers in bed, on a walk, camera on, camera off - no rules.

  • I’ll be leading and every month will still a themed topic from navigating food convos with family and friends to dealing with bad body days to feeding yourself when everything has gone to sh*t.

  • Think of it as if a virtual zoom hang out and a group coaching session had a baby.

  • A set suggested theme and 1-2 questions sent ahead of time in case that helps you or relates to other topics you might want to talk about. Connect, be silent, cry, ask questions, share your favorite meme of the week. It is a structured hang out with coaching mi

What I understand:

  • Why eating a food one day is a “safe” food can make you feel like you might puke the next.

  • How hard it is to budget and plan meals.

  • How lonely it can be when people compliment you on how good you look and you know it’s about weight.

  • Exhaustion on having to explain yourself to people all the time.

  • Lived experience with chronic illnesses, an ED recovery history, Neurodivergence.

    I have been coaching since 2014 and one continued theme is how people forget how much we all have in common and how similar our experiences are while also feeling so also and isolated. My goal is to create some breathing room and connections where you see that others are exactly like you.

How much?

  • One group is $35 for the 60 minutes.

  • You can pay one at a time or in a package of 3 at $105.

  • One day prior, you will get the zoom link to your email.

FAQ:
Will you be giving me a meal plan?
No, I am not a dietitian or a therapist and that is outside my scope of practice as is therapeutic support. Though coaching can have therapeutic elements, it is not a replacement for therapy or your preferred healing modality.

Can I just join one (not three) and see if I like it?
Yes.

What if I have to miss a session?
If you tell me 24 hrs before, you can use that one the next time.

Can I ask you INSERT QUESTION you think is random and unimportant, but it is important?
