#7: Don’t be hard on yourself. If you feel bad or mess up or a boundary gets blurred and you think “ah but I’ve been working so hard on this! I should have done better” IT IS okay and no one is perfect. Life is messy. We are all just doing our best. This work - life - ALL of it is hard. It can be overwhelming when you do something that goes against the grain. Acknowledge that and keep going.
